Data Deletion
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This page explains, step by step, how to disconnect your accounts, revoke Admetriva's access and request the deletion of your data — including for Meta Platform and Google OAuth requirements.
1. Disconnecting the integration inside Admetriva
The fastest way to stop data imports is to disconnect the integration directly in the platform: sign in to the application, open the project concerned, go to Settings → Google (or Settings → Meta) and use the "Disconnect" option. After disconnection Admetriva no longer imports new data from that account; the access tokens are invalidated and deleted.
2. Revoking access from your Google Account
You can also revoke Admetriva's access directly at Google: open myaccount.google.com/connections (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services), find Admetriva and choose "Remove access". Revocation immediately invalidates the granted OAuth tokens.
3. Revoking access from Meta Business Settings
For the Meta integration: open Meta Business Settings → Integrations (Business Integrations), find Admetriva and remove the app's access. You can also manage the integration from your Facebook profile at Settings & privacy → Apps and websites.
4. Requesting data deletion
Disconnecting stops the import, but data already imported remains in the platform until you request its deletion. You can do so:
- through the form below (recommended), or
- by email at contact@admetriva.com.
So that we can identify your request, please include: your name, the email address of your Admetriva account, your company, the project concerned (if applicable), the platform concerned (Google, Meta, TikTok, Admetriva or all) and the type of request.
5. Identity and authority verification
Before resolving a request we verify the requester's identity and their authority over the company account (for example through confirmation from the email address associated with the account, or documents proving representative capacity). No deletion is executed automatically upon form submission — this protects your company's data against abusive requests.
6. What data can be deleted
Upon request, after verification, we delete from the active systems:
- the OAuth tokens and the connections to third-party platforms;
- the products, catalogs, campaigns, metrics and diagnostics imported for the project concerned;
- the configured promotions and the associated creative assets (including AI-generated materials);
- the project, the workspace and the user account, if you request full account deletion.
7. What data may be retained lawfully
Certain data may be retained after the request is resolved, strictly as permitted or required by law: financial-accounting documents (statutory tax retention periods), logs required for security and abuse prevention, and data necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will inform you transparently if such a limitation applies to your request.
8. Backups
Data deleted from active systems may temporarily persist in backup copies, which are removed through the normal backup rotation within a limited period. Backups are not used to restore data deleted on request, except in disaster-recovery situations — in which case the deletion is re-applied.
9. Confirmation
We respond to requests within one month at the latest (with the statutory extension possible for complex requests) and confirm in writing, at the email address provided, the completion of the deletion or, where applicable, the reasons why certain data was retained. Full details about your rights are available in the Privacy Policy.

The form works without JavaScript. Nothing is deleted automatically: we first verify your identity and your authority over the company account, then confirm the resolution by email.
