- Can I change plan at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays intact either way.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You stay on the paid plan until the period you already paid for ends, then move to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted — only projects above the limit become unavailable, and you choose which one stays active.
- Why do I pay the full amount for 6 or 12 months?
- The 10% and 20% discounts exist precisely because the period is paid up front. The amount shown is the total charged at the start, and renewal happens at the end of the term.
- Do I get a proper invoice?
- Yes. We issue a fiscal invoice automatically for every payment, using the company details you enter before checkout. A 6- or 12-month subscription gets a single invoice covering the whole period.
- Does the Free plan expire?
- No. You can stay on Free for as long as you like, within the limits shown above.
