Roles and permissions
What an Owner, an Admin and a Viewer can do in a project, how workspace roles differ and who sees the subscription.
On this page
Access in Admetriva has two independent levels: the workspace and the project. Being a member of a workspace does not automatically give you access to all of its projects.
Project roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything an Admin can do, plus managing the project's members and deleting the project. |
| Admin | Changes the project's data: connections, settings, syncs, reports, public links. |
| Viewer | Sees the project's pages and reports, without changing the project's settings, connections or data. |
Anyone who is not a member of a project does not see it at all: the project does not appear in the list, and a direct link to it is refused.
Workspace roles
The workspace has the roles Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer.
- The workspace Owner manages members, billing-related settings and the subscription. The Billing page is visible only to them.
- Owner and Admin can manage the workspace's projects.
Inviting users
Users are invited from the project's Settings → Users, with their email address and role. The number of users depends on the workspace plan. If you have reached the limit, the page tells you so before the invitation.
Agency Dashboard
The agency dashboard shows only the projects you have access to. A user with access to two out of ten projects sees only those two.
Access by the Admetriva team
For support, an Admetriva administrator can see the app the way you see it, only with a recorded reason and only if the installation allows it. Every such session is audited, and the project access rules apply exactly as they do for you. No one can read or change your password.
